In today's family farm vlog we had 2 baby goslings unexpectedly hatch in a horse trough and they are super cute!!

Garlic Butter Steak Tips Recipe:

INGREDIENTS:

1 TBSP of olive oil

1 ½ lb sirloin steak cut into small size pieces

½ tsp salt

½ tsp pepper

2 TBSP of unsalted butter

4-5 cloves minced garlic

1 TBSP chopped fresh parsley fresh(Garnish)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add the olive oil to a large skillet & heat it over high heat. Once the olive oil is hot, add the steak tips to it. Season them generously with salt & pepper.

To ensure a good sear on the steak tips, cook for at least 2 minutes before stirring. Continue cooking for another 2 minutes until they're golden brown.

Transfer the steak tips to a plate & in the same skillet add the butter. Turn the heat down to a medium & once the butter has melted, add the garlic. Cook for about 30 secs while stirring, just until the garlic starts to brown.

Pour the garlic butter over the steak tips and mix well. Garnish with parsley & enjoy.

Zucchini Bread Recipe:

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups grated fresh zucchini(Do not drain the liquid)

1 cup sugar

1/4 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

1/3 cup vegetable oil

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon



Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Spray a 9x5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, add the grated zucchini, sugar, brown sugar, applesauce, oil, eggs, and vanilla, & whisk until mixed.

Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, & cinnamon. Stir but do not over mix.

Pour your batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 50 to 54 minutes. A toothpick inserted into the center of the bread should come out with moist crumbs on it.

Cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

Store covered in the refrigerator
